HaloHub is a coordination platform designed to help churches and ministry organisations manage events, teams, schedules, and internal communication.
HaloHub is not a social network, advertising platform, or content marketplace.
2. Accounts
2.1 User Accounts
- Provide accurate information
- Maintain account security
- Responsible for all activity under the account
2.2 Organisation Accounts
- Managing members
- Assigning permissions
- Ensuring lawful data use
3. Acceptable Use
- Hate, violence, or discrimination
- Harassment or abuse
- Fraudulent or illegal activity
- Cults, high-control groups, or abusive organisations
- Circumventing safeguards
HaloHub reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.
HaloHub exists to serve healthy, transparent organisations acting in good faith.
4. Content & Data Ownership
4.1 Organisation Data
Organisations retain ownership of their data.
4.2 User Content
You grant HaloHub permission to store, process, and display content as required to operate the service.
5. Privacy & Data Protection
Organisations act as Data Controllers. HaloHub acts as a Data Processor.
6. Platform Administration
Operators may access data for maintenance, debugging, security, abuse prevention, and legal compliance only.
7. Availability & Reliability
HaloHub is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
8. Paid Plans & Pricing (Future)
Pricing will be clearly communicated. Free or discounted tiers may exist.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if continued operation poses legal or ethical risks.
10. Limitation of Liability
HaloHub is provided “as is”. Organisations remain responsible for decisions made using the Service.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
