HaloHub does not read private communications unless required for system operation or abuse investigation.

- Organisations own their data.

- Content is visible only according to organisation visibility settings.

4.1 Organisation Administrators
Organisation administrators may access organisation data according to their permissions.
4.2 Platform Administration
HaloHub operators may access system data for maintenance, debugging, security, abuse prevention, and legal compliance.
Such access is limited, purposeful, and not used for general monitoring.

No system can guarantee absolute security.

HaloHub may use third-party services for hosting, email, messaging, or analytics. Providers receive only minimum required data.
8. International Use
Data may be processed in different countries depending on hosting providers.

HaloHub is not designed for unsupervised use by children. Organisations are responsible for appropriate consent.
